1. Is my dress available?
We pride ourselves in how much inventory in stock and current. We aim to keep every dress in our online store up to date however, all dresses are subject to stock availability. At the same time we have many dresses in stock, we may have to special order your dress. If you have a restricted time period to receive your dress, please call us for availability! If the dress you chose says ships today then you can go ahead and place your order, but some styles and sizes require special order. About 90% of special orders are able to accommodate wear dates. So please do not hesitate to call us and speak to one of our sales representatives to get the available date for your dress!
2. Is this dress authentic?
OC Sparkle is an authorized retailer for all the designers on our website. You can also find us listed as authorized retailers on the designer's website. For example go to http://www.jovani.com/where-to-buy-jovani and type in our zip code and we will come up on their authorized retailers list. As well as every other designer. All of our dresses are shipped in the original packaging. Please beware of cheap imitation copies of dresses available for a much lower cost. All of our products come straight from the manufacture's stock room to our stock room.
3. Is this the best deal for this dress?
We know that you want the best deal for your purchase so we offer a *Price Match Guarantee*. If you find the same dress at a lower price within 15 days, we will simply match it! As long as it can be proven 100% Authentic, and they have the same color and size available in stock. Simply contact us with details, call or send us a quick email, allow us to reply to you within 24 hours. Then place your order and we will refund the difference.
4. What size should I order?
When choosing a size, it is extremely important to measure yourself. The most common mistake is choosing the wrong size. Every single designer has a different size chart. It is very important that you measure the largest part of your bust, waist and largest part of your hips to get the proper size. 5. Can I return the dress if I don't like it?
We listen to our customers and take everything in consideration. We understand that ordering online is different than in store purchases when you can see the item in person. So we started accepting returns! Please see all terms and conditions for return policy. After receiving your shipment, you will need to notify us within 3 days for store credit only.
6. How do I use my store credit?
Store credit is issued in the form a number. Store credit is very easy to use! In your cart there is a place for a "promotional code" just simply put the store credit number in there and click update total, and your store credit will be taken from your total.
