We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 3 days. Once you receive your order you have three days to contact us for a Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for shipping fees to send back the item in its original packaging. Once you receive an RA Return Authorization Number, we must be supplied with an active tracking number within 48 hours from the RA#.

In order for your dress to be accepted for exchange or store credit, it must be unused, unworn and in perfect condition (no missing or loose beading) just like you received it. The dress must have the original tags attached, must be on the same hanger, in the same bag, and in the same box it was sent to you in. If the dress is anything less than in its perfect condition, your exchange or store credit will be rejected.
If your exchange or store credit is accepted after inspection of item you will receive a store credit number in your email. If the order is not accepted for exchange or store credit due to the fact that there was no tracking number supplied in time or the dress came with imperfections, you will be responsible for return shipping back to you or the dress can to be picked up from the store.
The store credit amount is the price of the item and tax if applied. Shipping charges are excluded from the store credit amount. We highly advise you keep that email on file because in order to redeem your store credit you must have the store credit number.
Store credit is FINAL SALE. Shipping is not free for store credit use. Store credit needs to be used within 6 months from the date issued. Store credit is only for a one time use.
A refund will only be issued if the item is backordered or no longer available.

Standard shipping orders may take up to 3 business days to get processed and shipped out. All other shipping methods will be processed the next business day.
Orders can be cancelled without any fees being applied, if they are cancelled by phone on the same day (during business hours) that the order has been placed on. If you decide to cancel your order, 24 hours after the purchase time, there will be a 50% restocking fee that will be debited from your account.
All of our dresses are sized according to each designer's specifications; therefore, the size you normally wear may not be the size you would wear in a dress from our site. Before you choose your size, we recommend looking at the size chart for the dress you are interested in to make sure you are choosing the best size for your measurements. To make sure you are getting the best size, click on 'What’s my size?' next to the size option of your dress of choice.
